Strong Clear Perspex® Discs
Acrylic Perspex® discs are up to 20 times stronger than glass and suitable for a variety of indoor and outdoor purposes. Plastic sheets are resistant to impact, scratching, heat and chemicals. Additionally, a cut to size acrylic disc won’t shatter into dangerous shards, making it safe to use for children’s projects.
Clear plastic sheeting is flame and heat-resistant. Perspex® clear material does well in temperatures below 80-85°C. Clear acrylic Perspex® has a Class 4 or 3 Fire Rating, depending on thickness.
The largest diameter of our discs is 1200 mm, or 1.22 meters. The thicknesses depend on the chosen material.

Clear plastic sheeting is a tough and reliable material, often used to replace glass panes. The clarity of see-through acrylic is 92%, more than glass, which is 89% transparent. There is no colour bias, and your sheet won’t yellow.

Easy to Use Clear Acrylic Discs

Perspex® sheets are made of high-quality acrylic, which makes them highly scratch-resistant. The surface is easily cleaned with lukewarm water and a gentle cloth. If the sheet does get scratched, you can use an acrylic cleaner to make it perfect again.

For projects which require uncommon cut-outs, larger than standard drill holes or particular method of fabrication, we offer a Bespoke option. All clear discs are made to measure from drawing, CAD file, or even live template, to ensure you receive the perfect plastic disc or discs to suit your needs.
Our discs are polished to the highest standards and can be finished completely or left at a desired state, if you are interested in tinkering with an acrylic disc yourself.
