Cut to Size Perspex® shapes are versatile, customisable and stunning plastic products. Plastic sheets are easy to cut and fabricate, resulting in gorgeous acrylic shapes. Perspex® Rectangle Sheets
A standard Perspex® acrylic sheet is a rectangle. All of our sheeting is cut to size, so the information below is helpful when checking maximum sizes or choosing how many sheets you might need.
Full clear Perspex® sheeting measures 3040mm x 2030 mm. The thicknesses range from 2 mm to 30 mm.
Full Perspex® Gloss sheeting measures 3040mm x 2030 mm. The thicknesses of gloss panels is 3 mm or 5 mm. However, Black, White, and Opal sheets are also available in 10 mm thickness, while Metallic & Sparkle sheeting can be purchased in 3 mm only.
Full Perspex® Matt sheeting measures 3040mm x 2030 mm. The thicknesses of gloss panels is 3 mm or 5 mm. However, Perspex® Naturals sheets are available in 3 mm only.
Full Tinted Perspex® and Vario sheeting measures 3040mm x 2030 mm. The thicknesses of gloss panels is 3 mm or 5 mm. However, Vario sheets are available in 3 mm only.
Full extruded mirror sheets measure 2440 mm x 1220 mm. The available thickness for mirrored acrylic sheeting is 3 mm.
Plastic Shapes Made to Measure
All 85 of our products can be cut into a Perspex® shape, resulting in a large amount of customisable options. You can choose from 8 distinct shapes or dream your own. The readily available shapes are; triangle, star, octagon, hexagon, rectangle, square, oval, and circle.
Acrylic triangles are perfect for projects which require a specific shape or which are assembled from parts, like domes. You can choose an equilateral or non-equilateral Perspex® triangles. Simply input two or three measurements, depending on the needed type.
Star is a fun shape for decorations, event dressing, or kids bedrooms. Our mirrored Perspex® stars are especially popular with interior designers. Star-shaped plastic sheets can be easily drilled or glued together, so you can assemble beautiful hanging decorations.
Octagon and hexagon are fantastic choices for wall, floor, and ceiling tiles. You can use an acrylic hexagon and octagon to create unique kitchen splashbacks and shower panels.
Square sheeting is perfect for double glazing, shed windows, greenhouses, and cold frames. Plastic sheets are considerably heat and fire-resistant.
Plastic discs, circles or ovals have a maximum diameter of 1200 mm, or 1.22 meters. This shape is one of the most versatile ones, finding great success as table tops, desk protectors and cake stands.
