Product quality and packaging very good, prompt depatch. No problem with Plastic Sheets. HOWEVER, carrier (Tuffnells) awful. The package was in their possession for a full 12 days despite PS chasing them, and I got the impression this was not an isolated instance. Change carrier please to improve order-to-door experience.
